• What Happens If You Violate Your Bond?

When you are given a bond it is a way to keep the jail clean of people who are not going to be doing anything violent or cause trouble.  However, when you are out on bond, they will require you to follow a set of strict rules and regulations.  These rules and regulations will be explained to you by the Rancho Cucamonga Bail Bonds company you choose to use.

When picking a bonds company, there are a lot to choose from.  Companies like Acme Bail Bonds Rancho Cucamonga will be happy to work with you but you need to know, if you are doing wrong, they will violate you.

What does it mean to violate you?

When you are on bond you want to look at it as being grounded when you were a kid.  When we were grounded by our parents we were sent to our rooms and given some form of punishment.  This punishment had rules and like a bond, you will have rules.  If you break these rules the bondsman can violate you and send you back to jail or your room.

How can you get violated?

Typically, a bondsman won’t want to waste their time violating you on the simple infractions.  With that being said however, each company will be different.  So, the best thing to do is just go about your day and your life in a way that won’t get you in any more trouble.

If you do drugs, carry weapons, get in fights, get drunk or do other illegal activities then you will become violated.  This violation can mean different things and depending on the company and the severity, your violation may result in more monitoring or the revoking of your bond.

Reports to the court

While you are on bond you will have reports written about your activities and they will be given to the court.  The court can use these as a way to determine what you will do and how you will act when released out into society.  The best thing that you can do is behave and do what you are told and you should have no problems.
